  • Welcoming by a professional VIP host/hostess at the main sliding door entrance of the departures building. (Mandatory entry point for all.)
  • Hand sanitization for all guests upon entering the building.
  • Assistance with gathering all necessary documents and explanation of new strict procedures.
  • Precise assistance and guidance on the line to follow. It is essential that each passenger completes this process individually.
  • Non-US Travelers: VIP host/hostess escorts traveler to the VIP lounge.
  • US Travelers: VIP host/hostess accompanies traveler to the CBP/First US Checkpoint, then to the VIP lounge.
  • Enjoy personalized attention in our Airport Departure VIP Club Lounge, complete with complimentary snacks and beverages.

DISCLAIMER

  • Service Limitation: Our services are exclusively tailored for arrivals. Departure services must be booked separately.
  • Additional Charges for Last-Minute Bookings: Arrivals within 24 hours of booking will incur an additional fee of USD $50.
  • In case of a refund, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted, corresponding to bank charges.
  • No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, whereby the client fails to avail of the booked service, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Office Hours for Direct Calls: For inquiries and bookings via direct calls, our office hours are as follows:
    Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
