HOW WILL I KNOW WHO MY VIP ATTENDANT IS?

Your VIP Attendant will be awaiting you for Arrival at the end of the Arrival bridge with a tablet with your name on it or for Departure in front of your check-in line of your airline with a tablet with your name on it.

WHAT ABOUT TIPPING?

Gratuity for Porters & Hosts are not included.

DOES THE US RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLY THROUGHOUT THE US PRE-CLEARANCE AREA?

If your flight’s timing changes, your VIP attendant will already be tracking those changes and making adjustments to your schedule. If any other problems come up, you’ll have a phone number you can call to check in with us.

WHEN BOOKING THE SERVICES FOR DEPARTURE, HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I ARRIVE TO THE AIRPORT?

For us to serve our guests even better we always recommend 3 hours prior at the Airport, considering that we cannot fast track in the US Customs this gives us enough time to pass all lines and have enough time to be accommodated in the VIP Lounge with unlimited snacks, soup & beverages.

DOES PRICE OF HOSTING SERVICE INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION?

No, Transportation is not included in the price of VIP Airport Hosting Service. This can be booked for an additional fee.
