We used this service for both arrival and departure and let me tell you if was worth every penny! It saved us probably 2 hours during departures skipping all the lines. We had an incredible team of people assisting us on our trip including Joseph and Christian, as well as our driver Amauri!! Everyone was so kind, so helpful and made us feel like celebrities. Would 100% use this service again

Definitely will use this everytime in Aruba. You are met at airport by an escort. They take care of everything. You are escorted to the front of every line. We saved a lot, I mean a lot of time bypassing the extremely long lines through the airport.

Perfect! It’s nice to have someone to help with arrival when you have a big party. Arrivals can be easy and you really don’t need the service but if arrival is busy you’ll be glad you had them. I will book this service 100% of the time.

Excellent service for those that don’t want to be standing in line and dealing with the stress of not knowing if you will make it or not to catch your flight. We were traveling on a Saturday which is a very busy day to travel with huge lines starting outside and we were very pleased by taking advantage of this service last minute. We got escorted ALLLL the way to the VIP lounge right next to our gate. Thank you to our amazing host Zizi for assisting us till the end. We definitely recommend Zizi and their service if you’re traveling on a busy day of the week or if you simply want to leave the island like a VIP.

This was a great way to end vacation. Amauri was a great driver, offered informative conversation about Aruba and made us laugh. Kevin guided us through what could have been a very stressful experience with ease and professionalism. He and the service are amazing.

Worth every penny! If you want a stress free departure, especially on the weekend, this service is a must. We had Earlyne and she was phenomenal. Our friends behind us had JuJu who was delightful as well! The Saturday line looked to be backed up for hours and we were in the lounge in less than 30 minutes. We have never used the arrival service but our friends did and said they were in the car in less than 10 minutes.
