Arrived at Reina Beatrix Airport, immediately greeted by our VIP Meet & Greet Guide (Rushaline [spelling off, apologize]). She was amazing. Our name was prominently displayed and found her easily. She took charge of our luggage right off the bat and guided us through the customs and arrival process efficiently and quickly. Once through governmental processes, she connected us with our AmStar Representative and private transport. We were given our return information at that time as well. Departure from Riu: Our driver from AmStar was right on time, assisted with the luggage and away we went. The vehicle was brand new and the driver was professional and courteous. Once we arrived at the airport, we were greeted by our VIP Experience guide, Gerard Halley (highly recommend this gentleman). He was extremely efficient and professional and whisked us through everything and got us to US Customs in a very short time. The fast-track process is truly fast. We were thorough in no time at all and if it had not been for Gerard would have been waiting in lines forever it seems. Gerard was patient, helped with an app to facilitate our trek through the process, and delivered us to the VIP Lounge faster than fast. Note: if there are no receptionists at the VIP Lounge when you get there, make sure you ask your VIP Guide for a card or something. After Gerard saw us settled and left, we took turns exploring the various shops located near our gate. My husband returned to the lounge with no trouble, but there was some confusion about my getting back in. Snacks and beverages were adequate at the Lounge as we did not want to stuff ourselves since we had dinner waiting on the flight back home. Great Service and when we travel, we will look for this service as it made the trip much more enjoyable!

First class vip makes your vacation first class complete. It’s just an outstanding service worse every penny spend. My family and I can only say thank you so much.

Thanks for an amazing experience during a holiday weekend. Kevin was my host and was excellent. I was grateful to not have to wait in line like my previous experiences. I made it through the process in 20 minutes. A great experience overall.

I highly recommend First Class Aruba!!! Hands down the BEST SERVICE.. Steve & Stephanie were super helpful and extremely sweet!!! I will forever use this service when departing our HAPPY PLACE!!! It definitely eases the pain when we are headed home.. The entire experience is like nothing I have experienced before… Traveling with small babies this sure is a life savor!!!! I will even use when its just me and my husband… This was our second time using Aruba First Class and will not be our LAST!!! Thank you First Class Aruba for such an enjoyable departure,
