Yes. We are fully licensed and authorized by the Aruba Airport Authority to escort our guests through exclusive airport checkpoints.

Our host or hostess, dressed in a black suit with a purple tie or scarf, will be waiting for you as you disembark the plane and make your way up the escalators, holding a tablet with your last name on it for the arrival service.

• Personalized VIP Airport Host: Your dedicated professional host will welcome you at the top of the arrival escalators as you disembark.
• Expedited Immigration: Bypass the standard queues with priority processing through local immigration.
• Luggage Assistance: We'll assist you with collecting your checked baggage.
• Priority Customs Clearance: We facilitate expedited passage through customs formalities (standard machine checks apply, with priority access).
• Seamless Onward Connection: We ensure a smooth handover to your pre-arranged transportation or tour operator.

Absolutely. For departures, You will meet our host or hostess at the departure hall at your check in airline. Our Host/hostess will be holding a tablet with your last name, wearing a black suit and a purple tie or scarf, ready to assist you.

• Priority Check-in: Your host meets you before airline check-in and assists you via the priority lane directly to the counter.
• Expedited Security & Immigration: Bypass queues at boarding pass control, local immigration, and the initial security checkpoint.
• Streamlined U.S. Pre-Clearance: Enjoy priority access through boarding pass control before entering the U.S. Customs territory.
  • Note: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) interviews must be conducted individually per U.S. regulations. Your host will reconnect with you immediately post-interview. We are not allowed to expedite or enter this area with a guest.
• Luggage Assistance: We assist with luggage handling through the process, including drop-off after CBP.
• Gate or VIP Lounge Access (Included Option): Be escorted to your gate or the exclusive VIP lounge to relax before your flight with complimentary beverages and snacks. ( Your flight will not be announced; thus, you will have to keep track of any changes or boarding time).

For us to serve our guests even better we always recommend 3 hours prior departure at the Airport, considering that we cannot fast track in the US Customs this gives us enough time to pass all lines and have enough time to be accommodated in the VIP Lounge with unlimited snacks, soup & beverages.

Your VIP Attendant will be awaiting you for Arrival at the end of the Arrival bridge with a tablet with your name on it or for Departure in front of your check-in line of your airline with a tablet with your name on it.

Sooner is always better than later! If you wait to make your booking within 24 hours your arrival or departure, you’ll be charged an additional USD $50.00

• For a Departure Hosting Service your host/ess will be at the Airport in front of the check-in line of your airline with a tablet with your name on it.
• For an Arrival Hosting Service your host/ess will be awaiting you at the Airport as soon as you get off the plane and go up the escalator he/she will be there with a tablet with your name on it.

No, Transportation is not included in the price of VIP Airport Hosting Service. This can be booked for an additional fee.
