Protocols
& Procedures

  • Greeted by a professional VIP host/hostess at the main sliding door entrance of the departures building. (Mandatory entry point for all.)
  • Assistance with gathering all necessary documents and explanation of new procedures.
  • Fast-track facilitation through check-in and initial security checkpoint.
  • Non-US Travelers (to Non-US destinations):
    • VIP host/hostess accompanies traveler through local Aruba Immigration and security screening.
    • After clearing security, the VIP host/hostess escorts the traveler to the VIP lounge (if included/open) or Gate to await their flight.
  • US Travelers (to US destinations - New U.S. Check-In Terminal):
    • VIP host/hostess accompanies traveler through the new streamlined check-in process.
    • Fast-track facilitation through Aruba Immigration and security screening.
    • Proceed to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) pre-clearance facility. Due to US regulations, fast-tracking is not permitted through CBP.
    • After clearing U.S. Customs, the VIP host/hostess escorts the traveler to the VIP lounge (if included) or Gate to await their flight.
    • (Note: With the new terminal, U.S. travelers will not need to reclaim or recheck luggage after U.S. Customs, and secondary security screening has been eliminated.)

DISCLAIMER

  • Service Limitation: Our services are exclusively tailored for departures. Arrival services must be booked separately.
  • Additional Charges for Last-Minute Bookings: Arrivals within 24 hours of booking will incur an additional fee of USD $50.
  • No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, whereby the client fails to avail of the booked service, the fee is non-refundable.
  • For inquiries and bookings via direct calls, our office hours are as follows:
    Monday to Sunday: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

The VIP lounge at The Queen Beatrix International Airport is handled by a third party company. These are are their rules and regulation.

  • Please queue in an orderly manner when the lounge is at capacity. Your patience is appreciated.
  • Children under 12 are not permitted in the VIP Lounge.
  • Due to capacity limitations, you will be assigned a seat upon entry. Kindly inform the front desk if you wish to change your seat.
  • When the lounge reaches capacity, guests must queue with their party and await their turn for entry, as directed by the VIP Lounge staff.
  • The queue forms on the left side, behind the designated sign. Please keep the right side clear for guests entering and exiting.
  • Ensure your entire party is present when checking in, as re-entry and holding seats are not permitted.
  • Guests leaving the lounge must rejoin the queue upon their return, unless a member of their party remains inside.
  • Please do not leave bags unattended in the lounge. If no one from your party is staying, you must take your belongings with you.
  • Wheelchairs cannot be stored inside the VIP lounge.
  • Please refrain from moving chairs within the lounge.
  • Large groups are kindly reminded that this is a quiet lounge.
  • Guests leaving the queue will forfeit their place.
  • The VIP lounge add-on is only available on weekdays.
