Gianelly (I hope the spelling is correct, if not please forgive me) was awesome. I have back problems and she could tell that I was in distress. She was willing to give me time to rest as needed. My back pain was the main reason I used the service. I am so grateful that First Class Aruba was available because I would not have been able to stand in those lines. Worth every single dime!

The entire experience was perfect – from the arrival and departure services to the car service to/from the hotel. Will definitely use the entire service again and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to or from Aruba. Having been to Aruba several times before, this is the only way to go!

Gina was so personal and professional, explaining everything along the way.. It was a great way to end our vacation. This service is the best and you guys are top-notch!

My wife, my 2 daughters and I were in line to leave AUA back to the USA. We saw a representative from First Class Experience Aruba and enthusiastically accepted the invitation to use their services – and HOW FORTUNATE we did! Due to a computer glitch, my older daughter’s flight ticket home was corrupted, preventing her boarding pass from being read at the initial security checkpoint. The staff at First Class assisted us in working with the ticket agent to resolve this issue, staying with us the entire time. Once the issue was resolved, they whisked us through the numerous checkpoints, saving well over an hour and getting us to the gate well before boarding. Throughout the whole process, they were incredibly friendly and helpful, communicating the issues between several staff members to optimize our progress from the ticket desk to the gate. Specifically, Jeanne-Beneth, Rucheline and Alvaro went above and beyond to make sure things went very smoothly despite the airplane ticket issues. In sum, the efforts by these wonderful people made every penny of the cost of the First Class service well worth it! Will DEFINITELY use First Class when we return to Aruba!!

Beyond my expectations! My 16 yr old daughter & I were traveling back to the US and on Saturday (what was I thinking). I found out about First Class and was skeptical being from NYC but it was worth every penny! When we arrived to the airport during our assigned time it was mere chaos, once we were greeted by Aaliyah she took every anxiety we had away. Thank you a million times for your amazing service and we will see you next summer!

We haven’t traveled on a Saturday for years. When we arrived in Aruba we were discussing our departure with friends and we heard Saturdays are very, very busy. So we decided to book First Class Experience Aruba. When we arrived it was a madhouse, long lines, lots of people, and hot inside the terminal because of such a crowd. We arrived a few minutes early, but shortly our wonderful Hostess, Weslyn, was there. We couldn’t believe it, we walked past everyone right to the front. Weslyn was wonderful, considerate, professional, and glided us right through. What would have taken over 2 hours took us 30 minutes. She escorted us to the lounge and from there we relaxed and waited for our flight. It was a first time, First Class Experience for us and would do it again in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate – do this as a gift to yourself and ask for Weslyn in particular. Thank you sweet girl!!!!

Wouldn’t even think of ever not booking First Class after yesterdays wonderful experience. So happy we did and Steve Fuentes was absolutely fantastic in making sure we zipped through Jet Blue by taking care of everything from meet to our VIP Lounge before the departure back to Boston with food, drinks and tv all part of the wonderful First Class experience. Everything was so comfortable and less stressful because of Steve and First Class. One thousands thanks to Steve. He himself is Fist Class!!!!

I highly recommend this service and our escort Weslynn was fantastic! She was professional, very friendly and she really knew what she was doing! We will definately be using this service in the future.

From the moment that we arrived at the airport Kimberly and Alvaro treated us like king and queen! First I forgot my phone in the taxi, that brought us to the airport, and Kimberly took care of it while I panicked! She called my phone and got it back so fast! From that point to getting us to our gate was maybe 30 minutes, if that! Then took us to the fabulous VIP room for free drinks and lunch and comfortable chairs until our flight was ready to go. And that was on a weekend!. We also had global entry which I recommend highly. Thank you Kimberly and Alvaro for the great experience. My husband does not like to spend money but said he will do First Class Aruba every time from now on!

Great Experience with Juriene, she got me thru The airport in 20 minutes and took me to the VIP Lounge. Will do it again soon.
