  • Warm Greetings: A VIP host will be ready to welcome you guiding you smoothly through your initial steps upon arrival. Our dedicated host or hostess will warmly greet you at the general arrival level as you ascend the escalator, holding a tablet with your last name for easy identification.
  • Tech-Savvy Travel:To enter Aruba, every traveler, including infants and children, must complete and receive approval for the ARUBA ED-CARD (EMBARKATION-DISEMBARKATION CARD). This is a mandatory requirement for all passengers traveling to the island. The Online ED-Card ensures that all necessary steps have been taken to board a flight to Aruba.Starting July 1st, 2024, Aruba will implement a $20 Sustainability Fee for visitors arriving by air.   • Service Limitation: Our services are exclusively tailored for arrivals. Departure services must be booked separately.
  • Additional Charges for Last-Minute Bookings: Arrivals within 24 hours of booking will incur an additional fee of USD $50.
  • No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, whereby the client fails to avail of the booked service, the fee is non-refundable.
